Connect TalkLara to the tools you already run on

TalkLara connects to scheduling, CRM and field-service tools where those connections are supported, and can be scoped as a custom project where they aren't. A tool is never presented as live unless its status says so.

How it connects

One call, three places it can land.

Calendar for booking, CRM or field-service tool for records, and your team for anything that needs a person.

Tools and status

Where each connection stands.

Names are shown to describe the kinds of tools teams use. A name here never means a connection is live unless its status says Available.

What the labels mean

Available
Supported, documented, tested, and available to customers.
Beta
Working, with known gaps that are stated up front.
Custom project
Built for a specific customer's tool as a scoped project.
Planned
On the roadmap. Never presented as available.

Custom connections

Don't see your tool? Let's talk about it.

A custom CRM, scheduling software, dispatch system or business API may be connectable as a scoped project. What's possible depends on what your system exposes.

Bring the name of the tool and what you'd want TalkLara to read or write. We'll cover feasibility, effort and limits in the demo.

What we document for every integration

  • Availability: live, beta, custom implementation, or planned
  • What TalkLara can read from the tool
  • What TalkLara can write to the tool
  • The trigger and flow for each action
  • How booking confirmation behaves
  • Known limitations
  • Setup prerequisites
  • How to get support

Full documentation is published here once an integration is verified and available.

Behavior

How bookings and failures are handled.

What's available now?
The integrations page lists each supported connection with its status: live, beta, custom, or planned. Planned items are never presented as live.
What is read and written?
Each integration documents what TalkLara can read (such as availability) and write (such as a booking or call note), so you can review it before you connect anything.
How is a booking confirmed?
The agent confirms a time to the caller only after your scheduling system or configured workflow reports that the booking succeeded.
What if a system fails?
If a slot is taken, a connection drops, or a tool returns an error, the agent does not confirm the appointment. It follows your fallback rule, such as taking a callback request or transferring the call.

Integration FAQ

Integration questions

Which integrations does TalkLara currently support?

No tool is published on this page as generally available yet. The tools listed above are ones home-service teams commonly use, and a name without a status label is not a claim that it is connected. We tell you honestly what is possible for your account before you commit, and as integrations are verified and documented, their status here changes.

Can TalkLara connect to a custom CRM or dispatch API?

It may be possible, depending on what your system exposes, such as a documented API or webhooks. Custom connections are scoped as a project for a specific customer, and we cover feasibility in the demo.

Can TalkLara schedule appointments?

TalkLara can coordinate eligible appointments when it is connected to a supported scheduling workflow. Booking rules, service areas and appointment types are configured per business. If no scheduling connection exists, it captures a complete request and passes it to your team.

How does TalkLara check availability?

It asks the connected scheduling system for open times for the right appointment type and service area, offers the caller a few options, and confirms only after that system reports the booking succeeded.

How are urgent calls transferred?

You define what counts as urgent and who takes those calls. TalkLara transfers according to those rules and follows your fallback, such as a second contact or a detailed message, if nobody answers.

What happens when the AI can't answer a question?

It says so and takes a message or transfers the call, depending on your rules. It answers from information your business approves and does not guess outside it.

We'll tell you what can be connected, what needs custom work, and what can't be done.
